About the Role:
Lead and supervise the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service in our Strathclyde hotel. Manage daily operations to ensure smooth guest interactions and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front office operations and staff, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain front office appearance and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to guests about hotel services and amenities.
- Ensure staff are knowledgeable about hotel services, pricing, and special offers.
- Monitor team performance and provide support and training.
- Maximize sales revenue through upselling and promotional strategies.
- Advise staff on VIP guest interactions and special events.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
- Proficiency in handling guest requests and complaints.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
