About the Role:
Become the friendly face of our Fun Shop, assisting guests with purchases and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with the entertainment team to ensure gambling regulations are met, adding an extra layer of fun to the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in the Fun Shop, assisting with purchases.
- Sell bingo tickets adhering to gambling regulations, working with the entertainments team.
- Maintain merchandise displays, ensuring they are tidy, well-stocked, and appealing.
- Process transactions accurately, handling cash and card payments.
- Adhere to health, safety, and legal standards.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
- Experience in retail or customer service (training provided).
- Confidence handling cash and card transactions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all departments.
- Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
