About the Role:

This General Manager role at Elior UK, based in Edinburgh, is responsible for proactive team management and operational excellence at Hibernian FC. The role demands accountability for recruiting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality service to the client and Elior UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all aspects of the Elior eXperience are implemented and communicated.
  • Lead and contribute to Hibernian FC Hospitality operations.
  • Proactively manage site-related issues through management teams.
  • Lead planning for matchday hospitality, non-matchday C&B and Retail Operations.
  • Instill a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
  • Co-ordinate operational activities as required.
  • Achieve financial growth through cost control, culinary excellence, and improved merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH, H&S, legal regulations, and environmental policies.
  • Oversee site management and proactive team management.
  • Recruit, develop, and drive high-performing colleagues.
  • Drive ongoing team communications and build internal/external relationships.
  • Maintain external client relationships to exceed expectations and retain business.
  • Innovate food service designs within budget, ensuring high standards.
  • Provide daily/monthly reports to the RMD.
  • Serve as an operational liaison between Hibernian FC and Elior UK.
