About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Notting Hill, London. This role will be pivotal in planning, organizing, and executing events for our clients, from initial concept to final evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage event budgets
- Create and manage event timelines and schedules
- Source and negotiate with vendors
- Manage event logistics (venue, catering, equipment)
- Oversee event setup and execution
- Manage event registration and attendee management
- Collect and compile event feedback
- Prepare post-event reports
- Stay up-to-date on current event trends and technologies
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of event planning and management principles
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with event planning software (Canva, Eventbrite, etc.)
- Experience with social media marketing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative event concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
