About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, train, manage, and promote branch staff.
Skills and Expertise:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent professional experience).
- Full UK/EU driving license (accommodations for applicants with disabilities considered).
- No drug or alcohol-related driving offenses within the last five years.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
