About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Understand cost control and analyze branch profitability (P&L).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Effectively communicate, influence, and interact with various stakeholders.
  • Apply sales techniques, problem-solving strategies, and conflict management skills.
  • Develop, train, manage, and promote branch staff.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Full UK/EU driving license (accommodations for applicants with disabilities considered).
  • No drug or alcohol-related driving offenses within the last five years.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
