About the Role:
Drive exceptional guest experiences and lead the Front Office team to achieve targets and exceed guest expectations in a London-based Fraser Suites property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional guest service levels exceeding expectations.
- Lead and support the Front Office team, acting as the management representative during shifts.
- Foster a culture of feedback sharing and improvement across teams.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) and optimal ambience (music, lighting, temperature, cleanliness).
- Meet and exceed Front Office targets.
- Support the Front of House Manager in achieving targets and budget.
- Maintain accurate billing and revenue control.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through upselling.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in a similar Guest Relations role.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Passion for customer service and team leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading and inspiring others.
- Effective communication with Front of House, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and senior management.
