About the Role:
Manage the Hard FM estate maintenance services in Bristol to deliver high-quality, effective services, achieving activity, financial, and quality targets. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on value-for-money strategies for various maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Hard FM estate maintenance services ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Deliver maintenance contracts (electrical, mechanical, ventilation, fire, building maintenance, BMS control).
- Utilize good governance and value-for-money strategies.
- Line manage estate maintenance services and support managers.
- Ensure joined-up service delivery and integration.
- Provide technical support and advice to maintenance staff and capital project managers.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in a senior estates or facilities management role (ideally NHS or large public sector).
- Accountability for a significant budget.
- Excellent people management skills.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Daily rate between 350-450 (depending on experience).
- 6-month interim contract.
