About the Role:
B&K is seeking a passionate and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Southampton. You’ll be responsible for the daily operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service standards. The successful candidate will be a driven leader who can inspire and develop their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage food stock and inventory.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and best practices.
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to deliver flawless execution.
- Prepare and cook menu items to high standards.
- Develop new menu items and enhance existing dishes.
- Manage and supervise the team effectively in a fun and supportive environment.
- Maintain open communication with the General Manager and other departments.
Skills and Expertise:
- Extensive experience as a Head Chef.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Expert knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Proficiency in kitchen management and operational processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
