About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of housekeepers.
- Maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene.
- Encourage team member development and growth.
- Understand and meet resident needs.
- Ensure high-quality laundry services.
- Attend resident and relative meetings.
- Manage cleaning schedules and budgets.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience leading and motivating teams.
- Strong cleaning and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of resident care principles.
- Experience in rota and budget management (desirable).
