About the Role:
Support the Executive Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team in creating and implementing a Christian vision. Embed Trust and School visions into all aspects of the role, challenging and supporting others to achieve the same. Promote pupil engagement in Excellence, Exploration, and Encouragement, fostering a creative environment where all children can flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional leadership for the efficient daily management of the school.
- Lead the school community in promoting positive attitudes towards learning.
- Collaborate with the wider Trust to achieve the best outcomes for all pupils.
- Potentially work across multiple Trust schools as directed.
- Work closely with the Executive Headteacher to develop a successful school.
- Demonstrate inspirational practice in part-time teaching.
- Lead the Maths curriculum.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong leadership and management experience.
- Proven track record in implementing educational visions.
- Ability to foster positive attitudes and learning environments.
- Collaborative and partnership-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of Christian values and education.
- Knowledge of the national curriculum and relevant regulations.
- Proven experience in developing creative, happy, and successful educational settings.
