About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Head Steward to oversee all aspects of the hospitality function. This role is crucial in maintaining a superior standard of service and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of stewards, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules and inventory management.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all designated areas.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of stock levels and equipment maintenance.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience as a Head Steward or equivalent role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of hospitality procedures and regulations.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting.
  • Experience in staff training and development.
