Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care, including washing, dressing, feeding, and moving patients.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving.
- Ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Monitor patient conditions and report observations to nursing staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Support patients with personal needs, including washing and toileting.
- Follow instructions and procedures provided by nursing staff.
Skills and Expertise:
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina for carrying out duties
- Understanding of healthcare principles and procedures is a plus
