About the Role:
As a HGV Refuse and Recycling Driver/Loader in Hampshire, you’ll provide vital waste and recycling services to the Hartley Whitney community. Your role is crucial to maintaining clean, safe, and tidy streets, homes, and businesses, alongside exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate HGV vehicle on pre-planned routes, collecting waste and recycling from residential and commercial properties.
- Represent Serco’s Environmental Services team professionally and maintain positive community relations.
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle safety checks and ensure truck cleanliness.
Skills and Expertise:
- Valid Class 1 or 2 driving licence and Driver CPC
- Hardworking and physically fit
- Enthusiastic, positive and customer-focused approach
- Team player with willingness to go the extra mile
