About the Role:

Belper School and Sixth Form Centre seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic History teacher to instruct students up to A-level. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching across all key stages. This role is perfect for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach History up to A-level.
  • Teach across all key stages.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and conscientious skills.
  • Take initiative and develop ideas, projects, or initiatives.
  • Potentially teach a second A-level subject (Economics, Sociology, Politics or Psychology).

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven teaching experience (or commitment to Early Career Teacher program).
  • Experience teaching History to A-Level.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about History.
