About the Role:

Inspire and lead children in a fun and dynamic holiday camp environment. Supervise activities and create a positive learning experience for children aged 5-11 during February and Easter half-terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily camp operations ensuring smooth and safe activities.
  • Lead and motivate a team of activity leaders.
  • Foster an inclusive and educational environment for children.
  • Act as primary point of contact for parents and staff.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Teaching or camp management experience (teachers, childcare professionals, or experienced supervisors preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Passion for inspiring children and delivering high-quality activities.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, resources, and communication.
  • Technical aptitude (desirable) in using technology for workshops.
