About the Role:
As a Home Administrator at HC-One, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our care home managers, ensuring smooth administrative operations while prioritizing resident wellbeing. Your kind and compassionate nature will be key to success in this fulfilling role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative systems and processes effectively.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
- Administer Time & Attendance systems, processing payroll and HR information.
- Ensure resident wellbeing is central to all administrative tasks.
- Monitor and implement safeguarding measures to protect residents.
- Attend and complete necessary safeguarding training.
Skills and Expertise:
- IT and Administration qualifications (e.g., ECDL).
- Admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect.
