About the Role:
Lead a care home team to provide the highest standards of care for residents, maximizing profitability and opportunities for reinvestment in the home and Jasmine’s other homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure residents receive the highest standards of care.
- Develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of the care team.
- Manage home profitability to maximize reinvestment opportunities.
Skills and Expertise:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager in a residential/nursing home.
- NVQ 3 in Care (or equivalent) with willingness to study for NVQ 5/7 (or Registered Nurse).
- Understanding of Health and Social Care Act 2012, Care Act 2014, CQC standards, and Health and Social Care Act 2008 regulations.
- Full Driving Licence.
- Computer literacy (email, Excel, Word).
- Leadership & Motivational skills
