About the Role:
We are seeking motivated Hospitality Assistants to provide exceptional service to our residents. Your role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and assisting with all aspects of catering and food & beverage services across different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class service to residents in various departments (Housekeeping, Kitchen, Food & Beverage).
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in resident homes and communal areas.
- Support the Head Chef and kitchen team in managing and delivering catering services.
- Prepare and serve nutritional food and beverages to residents.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and food storage areas.
- Welcome residents, explain menu choices, and serve food in the dining area.
- Reset tables, tidy work areas, and prepare the dining area for the next service.
- Manage laundry for residents and the home.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation (preferred).
- Cleaning experience in a similar environment (preferred).
- Positive and resilient attitude.
- Proactive and organized approach.
- Honesty and accountability.
- Passion for providing excellent resident care.
