About the Role:

Join our passionate team at Cambridge Grove, a luxury care home in Cambridgeshire, as a dedicated Housekeeper. Your role will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents, through high-quality housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clean laundry and housekeeping services throughout the home.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas, including bedrooms, communal spaces, and bathrooms.
  • Handle laundry and linen care with attention to resident belongings.
  • Assist residents as needed and maintain a comfortable environment.
  • Maintain housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the manager.
  • Work collaboratively with care staff to support the overall care plan and home operations.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Previous domestic experience in a similar care home setting.
  • Flexible and reliable attitude.
  • Commitment to customer care and service provision.
  • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety COSHH regulations.
  • Empathy and a desire to make a difference to residents.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
