About the Role:

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust seeks a dedicated HR Advisor to support workforce development, enhance employee experience, and drive organisational effectiveness. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering strategic initiatives and improvements, aligning with the Trust’s People Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR projects.
  • Streamline HR systems and processes for improved operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement HR policies compliant with employment law and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and senior leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and wellbeing programmes.
  • Support organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience delivering improvements to HR systems, policies, processes, or initiatives, preferably within education or public sector.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with employment law.
  • Experience leading and collaborating with others to drive change.
  • Ability to develop engaging HR training materials and facilitate workshops/focus groups.
  • Strong time management, organization, and influencing skills.
  • Solution-oriented approach, adaptability, emotional resilience, and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong ICT skills.
