About the Role:
The HPC project seeks an HR Data & Reporting Coordinator to manage and control nuclear baseline and change data, supporting the Head of Organisational Capability and Resource Planning Lead on reporting requirements. The role requires close collaboration with HR colleagues, line managers, and other stakeholders to ensure robust people data and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Organisational Change Form screening process for HPC, ensuring accurate recording and management of organisational changes impacting nuclear safety.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training on relevant content (one-on-one and classroom).
- Develop and manage People dashboards using PowerBI or equivalent for data visualisation and insights.
- Produce HR and people reports from various data sources, often requiring translation and analysis due to data format variations and ambiguity.
- Provide and validate data for external submissions (e.g., ECITB COGENT), ensuring verification prior to submission.
- Ensure reports are current and available for interested parties, incorporating analysis and conclusions, not just presenting raw data.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong PowerBI skills.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis, error identification, and corrective action.
- Experience in problem-solving and taking accountability.
- Experience with processing high volumes of data from multiple sources, amalgamating and analyzing data for insightful conclusions.
- Experience working across teams.
- Understanding how reports can be interpreted by various stakeholders.
- Pragmatism and ability to adapt to procedural steps.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Knowledge and application of quality assurance and control techniques.
- Understanding and application of relevant policy, process, and procedure.
