About the Role:
Join Haven’s team at Thornwick Bay in East Yorkshire as a Berties Ice Cream Kiosk Team Member and be a key part of creating memorable guest experiences, one scoop at a time. We seek a friendly and enthusiastic individual to serve ice cream, sundaes, and milkshakes while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scoop, prepare, and serve ice cream, sundaes, and milkshakes with attention to presentation and guest preferences.
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience, assisting customers with flavour choices and answering questions about menu items.
- Keep the counter, service areas, and seating area clean and organised, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.
- Work closely with fellow team members to ensure efficient service and a positive, fun atmosphere for our guests.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience in Fast Food, Retail or QSR (not essential, training provided).
- Strong guest service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
