About the Role:

As a key member of the System C’s Technical Consulting Area, the Implementation Team Lead will configure the System C product portfolio, providing expert advice to customers on all aspects of the solution. This role requires high-quality leadership within the Implementation Services team to drive effective product implementation across projects, embracing innovation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a range of projects and manage team operations.
  • Ensure successful delivery of implementation elements in customer projects.
  • Develop training courses and ensure adherence to corporate governance.
  • Build relationships with customers and resolve project delivery escalations.
  • Manage delivery expectations with partners and external organizations.
  • Allocate resources and manage ad-hoc consultancy requests.
  • Promote and maintain business growth.
  • Foster individual development within the team.
  • Liaise with support, product, and development teams to resolve key issues.
  • Enhance implementation methodologies to align with best practices.
  • Present and report to customers, stakeholders, and internally.
  • Represent the business at forums and events.
  • Ensure optimal billable and productive utilisation of team members on projects.
  • Assist in achieving revenue opportunities through change control.
  • Participate in marketing activities and company meetings.
  • Train, develop, and manage implementation consultants.
  • Promote ethics, integrity, and diversity within the team.
  • Encourage open communication and responsiveness to feedback.
  • Act as an implementation consultant on projects.
  • Lead configuration design workshops and provide system expertise.
  • Support customers during the go-live phase and resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with consultants.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand and meet their needs.
  • Ensure solutions are understood and utilized by customer teams.
  • Stay updated on product changes and enhancements.
  • Contribute to developing new product ideas and service offerings.
  • Deputize for the Head of Implementation Services when needed.
  • Communicate assignments and manage issues efficiently.
  • Encourage collaboration and focus on project priorities.
  • Maintain performance under challenging circumstances.
  • Motivate and clarify priorities for the team.
  • Implement clear processes for managing performance.
  • Enhance the profitability of System C’s customer projects.
  • Build and scale team capability to meet business goals.
  • Identify and manage resources to meet future team objectives.
  • Foster team collaboration to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and evolve best practices and implementation methodologies.
  • Ensure methodologies and training approaches suit both large and small projects.
  • Identify and develop new delivery services across product offerings.
  • Ensure consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business specialists to deliver successful projects.
  • Support the Technical Consultancy Leadership Team in achieving strategic objectives.
  • Exhibit leadership behaviours in line with System C’s ethos.
  • Encourage, support, and develop team members to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage team members, including conflict resolution, career management, and recruitment.
  • Develop and implement effective team and individual development training strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting across team resources.
  • Prioritize and resolve escalated issues.
  • Work with the technical consultancy team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide regular feedback.
  • Deliver successful customer implementation projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
  • Motivate and lead teams effectively.
  • Identify and implement necessary changes with a strong business vision.
  • Manage complex relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Act as a key member of the implementation team.
  • Quickly understand context, identify blockers, and remove them.
  • Influence and improve processes to ensure value.
