About the Role:
A Blue-Chip insurance organisation seeks a driven Sales Manager to cultivate and maintain sales through broker channels. This strategic role focuses on maximizing account profitability and GWP, rather than generating new channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and case count targets, adhering to fieldwork requirements.
- Develop and implement a business plan to drive portfolio growth and profitability.
- Maintain and cultivate long-term relationships with brokers leveraging expertise and available tools.
Skills and Expertise:
- Thorough knowledge of the South West broker market, ideally with a focus on Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance.
- Strategic account management experience with a solid sales background in a broker-facing role.
- Relevant experience within the insurance or financial services/banking sector.
