About the Role:
Our client, a leading construction, engineering, and building solutions supplier, seeks an experienced Internal Sales Representative for their Lanarkshire team. This role will support the expansion of their product range by generating sales leads and orders through building relationships with existing, lapsed, and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new business opportunities with potential customers.
- Develop sales of existing products.
- Confirm potential for products using project management databases and pass enquiries to Sales Managers.
- Record and manage sales opportunities in the CRM database with Sales Managers.
- Work independently and collaboratively with Sales Managers.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven track record in a sales co-ordinator, B2B sales, or customer care role.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills, particularly over the telephone.
- Strong administration skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Teamwork and initiative skills.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Salary from 24,000 – 26,444 per annum (DOE)
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- 24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
