About the Role:
We are seeking a hardworking and organized IT Support Technician Apprentice to join our team. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience and technical skills within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all IT support requests from initial receipt to resolution and closure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents for various devices (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, and interactive boards).
- Maintain accurate records of site information using IT service management tools.
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and students.
- Ensure service level agreements are met.
- Complete required administrative paperwork and documentation promptly.
