Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver PR plans aligned with client goals and KPIs.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key media contacts.
- Identify and capitalize on newsjacking opportunities.
- Provide support in new business endeavors.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of client accounts.
- Delegate, brief, and monitor the progress of direct reports.
- Conduct interviews and appraisals.
- Represent the agency professionally.
Skills and Expertise:
- Minimum 1 year of agency PR experience.
- Excellent writing skills and thought leadership.
- Strong media relations skills and familiarity with key media contacts.
- Understanding of new business processes.
- Proficient client management skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Familiarity with evaluation, measurement, and reporting systems.
- Excellent organizational skills.
