About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sous and Head Chef in running the kitchen operations.
- Help create new menu items and contribute to the kitchen’s creative direction.
- Handle health and safety procedures within the kitchen environment.
- Assist with ordering and managing kitchen rotas.
- Lead and mentor junior chefs.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen.
- Passion for seasonal cooking and local ingredients.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety procedures in a professional kitchen.
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Desire to grow, learn, and inspire others.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- 15 per hour.
- 40-45 hours per week.
