About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Junior Sous Chef and contribute to crafting exceptional culinary experiences. You’ll be an integral part of the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality dishes and efficient preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
- Prepare ingredients according to specifications.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Assist with the preparation for 14 shifts.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or experienced Chef.
- Expert in fresh ingredient handling.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of hot and cold food preparation.
- Excellent hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
- Strong knowledge of allergens, food safety, and kitchen essentials.
