About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join their luxury health spa near Melton Mowbray. This role requires an experienced chef to contribute to creating healthy and stylish meals for around 250 guests daily, supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing meals for the main kitchen and lounge.
- Supporting the Head Chef during service.
- Managing junior chefs.
Skills and Expertise:
- Chef de Partie experience in a fresh food kitchen (hotel or restaurant).
- Experience preparing high-quality meals for large volumes of guests.
- NVQ Level 2 qualified.
- Ideally 4+ years of professional kitchen experience.
- Fresh food preparation expertise.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Salary up to 30,000.
