About the Role:

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness and food preparation, supporting our talented chefs to ensure every customer enjoys a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and preparation standards.
- Prepare ingredients efficiently and accurately.
- Assist chefs in producing high-quality, freshly cooked dishes on time.
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Skills and Expertise:
- Passion for hospitality and food preparation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in food safety procedures and kitchen hygiene.
- Knowledge of allergens and best practices.
