About the Role:
Join our team at Berwick Holiday Park and contribute to the efficient operation of our kitchen. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and floors to meet health and safety standards.
- Prepare basic food items under the direction of chefs, including chopping vegetables, prepping ingredients, and assembling simple dishes.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing ingredients, unpacking deliveries, and storing items appropriately.
Skills and Expertise:
- No prior experience required, but previous work in a kitchen or catering background is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
