About the Role:
Lead a kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support kitchen team members, assigning tasks, and motivating them to deliver excellent service.
- Provide prompt and professional guest service, resolving complaints and handling special requests.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, taste, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
- Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team duties and act as shift leader when assigned.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience as a Deputy Kitchen Manager, Second Chef, or Sous Chef.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach, particularly in handling food orders.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, customer-focused service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
