About the Role:

Lead a kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support kitchen team members, assigning tasks and motivating for excellent service.
  • Provide prompt, professional guest service, addressing complaints and special requests.
  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, taste, and adherence to standards.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
  • Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team duties and step up as shift leader when assigned.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Previous experience as a Deputy Kitchen Manager, Second Chef, or Sous Chef.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach to food order handling.
  • Commitment to high-quality, customer-focused service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
