About the Role:
Lead a kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support kitchen team members, assigning tasks and motivating for excellent service.
- Provide prompt, professional guest service, addressing complaints and special requests.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, taste, and adherence to standards.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
- Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team duties and step up as shift leader when assigned.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience as a Deputy Kitchen Manager, Second Chef, or Sous Chef.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to food order handling.
- Commitment to high-quality, customer-focused service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
