About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated KS1 Supply Teachers to join our dynamic and supportive network across Bradford. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment for Key Stage 1 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess creative, engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment for all learners.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to support student development.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Skills and Expertise:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with experience teaching Key Stage 1.
- Thorough understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Nurturing and child-centered approach to teaching.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward collaboration.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
