About the Role:
This exciting role empowers our staff to deliver exceptional care through impactful training. It requires expert knowledge sharing and practical experience in children’s residential services to prepare teams for working with children in care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training on safeguarding, emergency first aid, and internal Pillars program.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to design, organize, and evaluate training sessions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding and supporting staff in children’s residential services.
- Keep training materials current with legislation and best practices.
Skills and Expertise:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential children’s services.
- Proven ability to deliver comprehensive training programs.
- Expertise in safeguarding, emergency first aid, and relevant internal programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in child care.
