About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a small, welcoming rural secondary school near Andover as a temporary Learning Support Assistant (LSA). This role focuses on supporting high-functioning Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) pupils to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting high-functioning SEND pupils to reach their potential.
- Working 4-5 days per week (flexible for the right candidate).
- Temporary position with the possibility of a permanent contract based on performance and compatibility.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience working with children or youths in an educational, coaching, or similar setting.
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with SEND pupils.
- Access to your own car (due to the rural location).
