About the Role:
Be a vital part of our team of Lifeguards at Center Parcs Subtropical Swimming Paradise, ensuring guest safety and enjoyment. Your role plays a crucial part in maintaining a fun and secure environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain guest safety and pool hygiene, ensuring a secure environment for all visitors.
- Monitor activities in the pool area and enforce pool rules.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and provide first aid, demonstrating quick thinking and appropriate action.
- Supervise guest leisure activities, ensuring they are performed safely and in adherence with guidelines.
- Conduct regular pool cleaning and testing, following all safety procedures.
- Collaborate with other Lifeguards to maintain consistent safety standards.
Skills and Expertise:
- NPLQ qualification (or willingness to complete training).
- Strong swimming abilities and water safety expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
