About the Role:

This role will involve coordinating lifestyle activities and events for our clients, focusing on delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize lifestyle events, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Manage communication with clients and stakeholders to maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain event schedules and calendars.
  • Monitor and evaluate event performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the delivery of company-wide initiatives.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite or equivalent.
