About the Role:
Changeworks is seeking a highly organized and motivated Low Carbon Communities Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of projects focused on community engagement and energy efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver energy efficiency projects smoothly and successfully.
- Support householders in becoming more energy efficient.
- Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with partners and funders across Scotland.
- Continuously monitor project progress against plans.
- Anticipate and address potential challenges.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and community groups.
- Present information confidently to diverse audiences.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Experience with community engagement.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency practices.
- Ability to work with project stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
