About the Role:
CCHA is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Manager to lead the Property Services Team in Tyne and Wear. This role will be responsible for delivering an excellent responsive repair and void maintenance service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team to deliver high levels of performance against defined targets.
- Prioritize tasks to achieve realistic targets, costs, and time deadlines.
- Coordinate complex processes effectively.
- Successfully deliver change management initiatives.

- Experience working within the social housing sector, specifically in a maintenance setting.
- Proven leadership and management experience.
