About the Role:
Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing activities, from budget management to campaign execution. Develop and implement strategies to drive brand awareness and achieve sales targets in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing department budget and advise on financial strategy for marketing plans.
- Oversee all marketing materials (printed, media, website, social media).
- Evaluate marketing reports and sales data.
- Present regular updates and information to department heads and executives.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate marketing needs into overall company strategy.
- Monitor competitor activity and propose improvements in marketing strategy, products, or services.
- Organize and attend company-wide and marketing events.
- Travel to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Adhere to and implement company policies and procedures.
- Develop efficient marketing strategies.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers for promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign progress using metrics and submit performance reports.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Monitor performance of marketing campaigns.
