About the Role:
Plan and execute marketing strategies for a leading cold storage and refrigeration solutions provider, focusing on refurbishments and retail solutions. This role will support the Internal Sales and Marketing Manager in various marketing activities and campaigns across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out marketing campaigns across various departments.
- Update and maintain internal systems, including CRM.
- Develop and create written and visual content for digital channels (websites, social media, email marketing, internal comms).
- Develop an understanding of key marketing theories to execute and develop campaigns.
- Report on data and trends to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Follow internal processes to support the Marketing & Sales team.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update CRM systems and data.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Support the smooth running of the Marketing & Sales teams, ensuring efficient task completion.
- Gain experience applying marketing theories and digital marketing principles.
Skills and Expertise:
- 1+ years’ experience in a marketing role (digital experience preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Content creation skills (written and visual content for digital platforms).
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to learn and grow in the marketing field.
