This role will help support individuals with mental health needs in the Greater Manchester area. Your responsibilities will focus on delivering high-quality mental health services and contributing to a supportive environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.

  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Qualified Mental Health Practitioner registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Strong empathy and understanding of mental health conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in providing support to people with mental health issues in a community setting.
