About the Role:

Komplex Community seeks a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join their Staffordshire team. This role focuses on providing care and support to individuals with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviors, and mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and support to clients with individual needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Monitor client progress and report any concerns to relevant professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning discussions.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Experience with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours.
  • Understanding of mental health conditions and best practice in supporting individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion.
