About the Role:
A skilled Multi-Trade worker is needed for a local social housing contractor in Milton Keynes. This role involves carrying out maintenance on occupied domestic properties, encompassing carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and plumbing. Successful candidates will demonstrate experience in social housing and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance works on domestic properties.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize a PDA system for job organization and completion.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience in social housing or domestic property maintenance.
- Proficiency in carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and plumbing (desirable).
- Experience using a PDA system.
- Full UK driving license.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- No weekend work.
- Monday to Friday 08.00am-16.00pm.
- Van and fuel card provided.
- Call out rota opportunity for additional earnings.
