About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves assessing customer service, store cleanliness, and other aspects of retail experiences. You’ll act as a typical customer, providing valuable feedback on behalf of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct covert shopping assignments in retail stores, supermarkets, or via phone inquiries.
- Assess customer service interactions, store environments, and product displays.
- Report findings and observations in a professional and detailed manner.
- Execute tasks such as trying on clothes, making mobile phone inquiries, purchasing groceries or alcoholic beverages (if applicable).
- Submit completed assignments according to guidelines.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain discreet and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and provide thorough feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in shopping and retail (preferred).
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Compensation based on the complexity of the assignment and will meet National Minimum Wage requirements.
