About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves visiting stores and restaurants, posing as a regular customer, to assess customer service, cleanliness, and product availability. The pay is equivalent to the UK National Minimum Wage, dependent on the complexity of each task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit shops or restaurants to assess service and product quality.
- Provide feedback on customer service and cleanliness.
- Complete tasks according to the shopper assignment guidelines.
- Perform mystery shopping tasks in the role of a regular customer.
- Assess compliance with company standards in assigned environments.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide detailed feedback on customer service and product quality.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in different environments.
- Good communication skills to present findings accurately.
