About the Role:
Become a Mystery Shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves visiting various stores to evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and other aspects of the shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit stores and shops as a ‘normal customer’.
- Assess customer service and store conditions.
- Conduct various tasks as instructed, ranging from trying on clothes to mobile phone enquiries.
- Potentially check for underage alcohol sales compliance.
- Order and enjoy a meal for evaluation.
- Complete detailed reports on your observations.

Job Facilities/Benefits:
