About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This exciting opportunity lets you experience various retail environments and provide valuable feedback on customer service, product displays, and store operations. You can work from home or in-store, depending on the assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail locations or participate in phone/home assignments as a typical customer.
- Assess customer service interactions, store cleanliness, product displays, and other relevant aspects.
- Provide detailed feedback on your experiences with our assigned stores.
- Follow specific guidelines and instructions for each assignment.
- Complete assigned mystery shopping tasks according to the established standards.

- Ability to perform assigned tasks independently

- Willingness to comply with the Mystery Shopper guidelines
